Terms and Conditions
- Quoted prices are based on the quantities quoted. Any change in the quantities ordered may result in a change of the price charged.
- This excludes delivery and excludes installation unless otherwise clearly stated.
- Price includes VAT @ 15% unless otherwise clearly stated.
- Payment of 50% of the value of the order is required on the date of order. Payment of the balance of the order is due before collection / delivery.
- Items stay the property of Spectacular Concrete until fully paid.
- Manufacturing will only commence on receipt of official order and deposit; once payment has been cleared through the bank, EFT payments (2 days).
- Please use quote number when making payments.
- We will manufacture as per Sales order, please ensure the item and quantity is correct.
- If credit facilities have been arranged, payment is due 30days from date of invoice.
- No REFUNDS !!
- A 30% handling fee will be charged on goods returned. Goods will not be accepted if not in good selling order.
- We reserve the right not to accept returned goods.
- Installation is the onus of the client. Spectacular Concrete Creations (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for installation unless clearly stated. Our drivers and their helpers are not skilled to carry out any installations.
- Special manufactured good cannot be returned.
- If you require delivery on your order kindly notify us of any extra ordinary requests for offloading of your goods (e.g. narrow pathways, limited truck access, no forklift on site, etc). We need to plan for such requests. Should we not be advised and have to return a second time to your premises it will be subject to an additional delivery fee.
- Measurements and weights are purely a guideline and we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy thereof.
- To maintain good quality, moulds can be modified at any time.
- Expected lead time: to be discussed once order is placed. Lead times cannot be guaranteed.
- Spectacular Concrete Creations has limited storage space. Items that have not been collected within 1 months of completion of the order will be sold to defray costs (this includes items that have been paid for).
